Greece coach Otto Rehhagel has named his 23-man squad for the EURO 2004 finals.
Rehhagel has included included Atletico Madrid striker Demis Nikolaidis, despite an injury that could sideline him for two matches.
Doctors examined Nikolaidis and Inter midfielder Giorgos Karagounis, another injury concern, but both were given the green light to travel to Portugal.
“Doctors this morning gave the green light for…their inclusion in the squad. After undergoing special treatment they have greatly improved and are now considered ready for the big event,” the FA said.
