Argentina striker Julio Cruz has extended his contract with Internazionale until the end of June 2008, the Serie A side have announced
The 31-year-old Argentinian’s current deal was due to expire at the end of this season. He joined Inter from Bologna at the start of the 2003-04 season.
This season Cruz has been Inter’s second more prolific striker after Brazilian Adriano, scoring eight goals in 21 Serie A appearances as well as three goals in five Champions League games.
