Today’s transfer round-up.

CHELSEA EYE LUKAKU RETURN
Chelsea are reportedly considering a return for Romelu Lukaku, seven years after selling him to Everton for £28 million. That’s according to Italian outlet Calciomercato, who reckon that the Blues are lining up a bid in excess of €100m for the Inter striker, who has cored 26 goals in all competitions this season.

HOWE’S FIRST CELTIC SWOOP

Eddie Howe is reportedly close to becoming the new Celtic manager and, according to the Scottish Sun, he has already identified his first transfer target. With Odsonne Edouard likely to leave the club, Howe wants to sign his old Bournemouth front man Josh King, who has struggled on loan at Everton this season.

AGUERO’S PREMIER LEAGUE OPTIONS

Sergio Aguero’s future is still undecided after announcing that he will leave Manchester City in the summer, and while the Argentina striker has been tipped to head abroad, the Telegraph believe that he will also consider staying in the Premier League. Chelsea and Tottenham are the most likely destinations, with Aguero willing to sign for either club – even if they miss out on the Champions League – as he bids to move closer to Alan Shearer’s all-time goal record.

KEITA SWITCH

Naby Keita was hauled off before half-time during Liverpool’s Champions League defeat to Real Madrid last night, and according to FootballInsider, the midfielder could be on his way out of Anfield. Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers is a fan of the Guinean, and with his asking price reportedly dropping to just £30m, a summer move to the KP could be on the cards.
