The 56-year-old added: “I went, spoke to the director [Justin Lin] and he said ‘I’ll put you in – small part’.”
The film will make its global premiere at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con on July 20. it will go and global release shortly afterwards.
After relatively short spells in charge of Chelsea, and Real Madrid, Ancelotti is hoping for an extended stay at Bayern.
Ancelotti said: “It’s unbelievable or impossible to stay 26 years as (Sir Alex) Ferguson stayed (at Manchester United) but I would like to stay more time.
“If it is not possible I have to find other solutions … and if the club is not happy they have the possibility and the right to change.”
