Paris St Germain hope to sign Nantes’ French international goalkeeper Mickael Landreau.
“A dozen European clubs are interesting in having this player. We know that he considers PSG an option but so far nothing is signed,” PSG chairman Pierre Blayau told L’Equipe.
The 26-year-old Landreauhas been at Nantes since 1993 and made his professional debut in October 1996 aged 17.
Landreau has been capped three times for France and is expected to be the third choice goalkeeper in coach Raymond Domenech’s World Cup squad.
